Hypnotherapy for Blushing

For those who don't experience blushing it is often considered a rather endearing habit, however it can have a severe effect on a persons confidence and self esteem. It is common to experience a heightened sensitization of bushing, believing it to be more noticeable or obvious than it really is, this unfortunately accentuates the fear of blushing. It's a vicious circle, the more you fear the blushing the more you blush, often the fear stems from the persons (generally inaccurate) assumption that other people see blushing as a sign of weakness, embarrassment or nervousness.
