We offer groups sessions for stopping smoking and weight control at reduced fee's.

Group Hypnotherapy session for Stopping Smoking.

Please contact us to find out when the next group therapy session is. Based at No1 Harley Street, London. Cost is only £120.00 per day per client.

Starting at 10am and finishing at 4.15pm, a typical day will consist of:

• Thorough explanation of what hypnotherapy is, any questions answered
• Group discussions
• Individual exercises
• Craving reduction / elimination
• Self confidence / belief enhancement
• Discussion of possible 'sabotage times' and ways of maintaining strength during these times i.e pubs, stress etc
• 2 group hypnotherapy sessions

The sessions are run by Celia Bird and Bonita Rayner-Jones, who both run successful private practices in Harley Street London and Ipswich, Suffolk. The groups will be no larger that 10 to ensure maximum success rates.

Group Hypnotherapy session for Weight Management/ Weight Loss

A typical group session for weight loss hypnosis will consist of:

• Thorough explanation of what hypnotherapy is, any questions answered
• Group discussions
• Individual exercises
• Confidence boosting, self belief enhancement
• Dietary advice
• Motivation, determination and inner strength enhancement
• Discussion of possible 'sabotage times' and ways of maintaining strength during these times i.e boredom, stress, reward etc
• 2 group hypnotherapy sessions
• Teaching of self hypnosis so all clients can take with them this powerful tool.
