Hi Bonita, Since the treatment I had with you a few months ago, I'm still not binging, which feels great and I just wanted to let you know. I didn't contact you straight away after as I thought I would wait a little while to make sure it lasted!! It has. The late night binges I used to have after stupidly starving myself all day have come to an end. I'm balancing out my food throughout the day, but I'm not scared to think about food or allow it into my life like I used to. Food has become a friend not an enemy, a friend I respect and treat well!! In return it treats me well. I feel soo much more energetic and clearer headed. I've also lost 2 stone which feels good.
